HOW TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT.

Click on the 'Log in' button on the phone navigator to the right of the screen.

Click on the 'Create New Account' button.

| Step 3 |
Fill in all the relevant information and click the 'Create Account' button.

HOW TO SUBSCRIBE TO A DOMAIN NAME.
NOTE: You must be logged in to subscribe to a domain name.

Click on the 'Domain Names' button on the phone navigator to the right of screen.

Select your State first, and then select the Trade/Service description that is relevant to your business. You will then be taken to a list of domain names available for subscription.

| Step 3 |
The domain names are listed in alphabetical order starting with a suburb location. For example, to find the suburb of Blackburn click on the silver icon showing the letter 'B' and then scroll down the list to locate it. Once you have located the domain name you wish to subscribe to, in this case, BlackburnPlumbing.com.au, tick the selection box beside it. You can make more than one selection if you please.

| Step 4 |
If this is your first subscription, you will need to make your selections for the FREE Starter Pack items. Click the 'Starter Pack' button. Your Shopping Cart will appear. Click the 'Select' button to continue. Make your selections then click the 'Add free items to cart' button.

| Step 5 |
You may add more merchandise to your shopping cart, besides the FREE Starter Pack items. Click on the 'Continue Shopping' button to make your selections. When complete, click on the 'Shopping Cart' button at the top of the screen to view all the items.

| Step 6 |
When you return to the Shopping Cart, select your preferred payment option – 'Upfront Payment' or 'Easy Payment Plan'. Based on your payment selection, the invoice amount will adjust automatically. When you have completed your selections click on the 'Checkout' button to continue. (Note - Upfront payment is required for merchandise).

At the Checkout, confirm your shipping address (for merchandise only), then select your payment method – 'Credit card' or 'Direct deposit'.

Read the Terms and Conditions, tick the check box and click on 'Continue' to proceed.

| Step 9 |
For credit card payment, enter details and click on 'Confirm' to continue. For direct deposit payment, print out the account details and click on 'Continue'.

| Step 10 |
Upon receipt of payment, Suburban Domains® will set up your domain name and notify you by email that you may now activate your website. Click on 'Log out' to finish.

HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR WEBSITE
Once your account has been set up by Suburban Domains®, you will receive an email notification advising that you may 'activate' your website on the internet. This is a simple process which takes no time at all.
To activate your website:

Login to your account using your email and password. |
| 2. |
Select the 'My Account' navigation button, to access your account information. |
| 3. |
Select the 'Edit/View Websites' button. |
| 4. |
Under the section called 'Website status' you will see a list of domain names in your account. Click on the orange selection button saying 'Activate website'. When you click this button, your website will instantly go live on the World Wide Web, containing your business details and default settings. |

A new selection button will appear saying 'Edit website'. Click on this button to further customise and edit your website. |
| 6. |
Click the 'Settings' button to choose your preferred settings. It is at this point where you choose to direct internet traffic to the FREE website, or to your existing website. You may change your settings at any time. |
PLEASE NOTE: You MUST firstly activate your website(s) with default settings before editing your FREE Website(s) or changing the settings to your existing website.
HOW TO EDIT OR FURTHER CUSTOMISE YOUR FREE WEBSITE
One of the major benefits of subscribing to a domain name with Suburban Domains® is that you may edit and customise your FREE website as many times as you need to over your subscription period, for FREE. Another benefit is that we make it a simple process for anyone to do. Once you log in to your account, there are instructions and notes to guide you as you edit your FREE website, and if you need assistance, please phone our friendly staff on 1300 628 468 or send us an email at enquiries@suburbandomains.com.au.
A few things to note before we continue:

When you activate your website for the first time, it will contain all the default settings for your chosen industry. |

You may edit/customise six pages of your website. The 'Tell a Friend' page is not editable and the 'Tips and Links' page is managed by Suburban Domains®. The content of this page is predominantly for information purposes and is made available to enrich the experience of the Internet visitor. |

You may edit some or all of your default settings. The choice is entirely up to you. |
You can edit each page with confidence knowing that you can 'Save' then 'Preview' any changes. Once you are completely happy with the look of your customised page, only then would you 'Activate' it and go live on the internet. At any point in time you also have the option to revert back to the default settings.
To edit your website AFTER it has been activated:

Select the 'Edit/View Websites' button. |

Under the section called 'Website status' you will see a list of domain names in your account. Click on the silver selection button saying 'Edit Website' next to the domain name you wish to edit. |

The next screen displays the editing functions for the home page. From here, you can click on the silver buttons containing the names of the other pages on your website, such as 'About Us', 'Our Service', 'Testimonials', 'Specials' and 'Contact Us' to edit these pages individually. |

The 'Settings' button is where you may choose to use the FREE Website or your own URL address. |

If you have more than one domain name within the same Service category in your account, you do not need to edit each one separately. We strongly recommend that you edit one domain name and then use the 'Copy website' function to copy the contents of one domain name to another in your account.
